  • 1 cup half-and-half<\/li>\n
  • 4 ounces shredded Monterey Jack<\/li>\n
  • 1 4.5-ounce can of diced green chilies, drained<\/li>\n
  • 1\/4 cup chopped jarred pickled jalapenos (and 3 teaspoons of the juice)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Combine American cheese and half-and-half in a small pan. Cook over medium heat, constantly stirring until mixture is smooth. Whisk in the Monterey Jack cheese. Add green chilies, jalapenos, and juice. Cook for 2 minutes. Queso will be thin but will thicken as it cools.<\/p>\n

    Dijon Artichoke Dip<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • 1  8-ounce package cream cheese<\/li>\n
    • 1 1\/2 cups sour cream<\/li>\n
    • 6 ounces shredded Havarti cheese<\/li>\n
    • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard<\/li>\n
    • 1\/2 cup grated Parmesan<\/li>\n
    • 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach<\/li>\n
    • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained\/chopped<\/li>\n
    • Dippers – vegetables, tortilla chips, crackers, flatbread<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Beat cream cheese, mustard, sour cream, Havarti and Parmesan cheese with mixer until combined.<\/p>\n

      Fold in spinach and artichoke hearts. Spread mixture into 1 1\/2-quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.<\/p>\n
