- 5 green onions
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

- 1/2 cup slivered almonds

Dijon Artichoke Dip
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 6 ounces shredded Havarti cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained/chopped
- Dippers – vegetables, tortilla chips, crackers, flatbread
Beat cream cheese, mustard, sour cream, Havarti and Parmesan cheese with mixer until combined.
Fold in spinach and artichoke hearts. Spread mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
